What data we collect

When you send a quote request via the contact form, we collect the details you provide:

• name
• email address
• phone number
• car make, model and year
• the part you need and any additional details you write in the form

We do not collect data that you do not provide yourself via the form or other contact.

How the data is used

We use the data solely to handle your quote request: finding a suitable part, preparing a quote and getting in touch with you. The basis for processing is the preparation of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Disclosure and processing of data

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for marketing purposes. When you submit the form, the data is delivered by email over a secure SMTP connection on our own server and stored on our server for handling the quote request (internal quote system). Server services are provided by our hosting partner, who acts as a processor on our behalf.

We also use Google Analytics (visitor statistics) and Google Ads (advertising measurement and conversion tracking). These services set cookies and process data only if you give your consent in the cookie banner (see Cookies). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, and data may be transferred outside the EU under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention period

We keep quote request data only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting sale, after which the data is deleted. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to access the data concerning you, to request its rectification or deletion, and to object to processing. To exercise your rights, contactsales@autopartscenter24.com.

Cookies

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always used. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Google Ads) are loaded only once you give your consent in the cookie banner shown on the site. We use Google's Consent Mode v2, so these cookies are not set before consent.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies with the banner buttons. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and stored data, which brings the banner back.
